My adoration for baking began at an early age. As long as I can remember, the kitchen has been the most exciting (and tasty) place to be. Growing up, I used to bake for my self. Then I moved to US where finding cakes and dessert without egg is hard so, I started baking for family. There was nothing sweeter than making everyone happy through delicious foods and desserts.

Thanks to inspiration from some of my favorite patissiers and chefs, together with my personal flair for baking, I have been trying different cakes. In starting I was having trouble with baking but I've taught myself the dos and don't of baking cakes through a lot of trial and error. And, still I am learning a lot.
